Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?+
Yes. We provide samples of cricket protein powder, whole dried crickets, and dried insect products together with a spec sheet and certificate of analysis so your team can evaluate before committing to a volume order.
What is the minimum order quantity?+
MOQs are flexible and quoted to your needs — from trial volumes for formulation work up to full production runs. Share your application and target volume and we'll confirm an MOQ and price.
Which certifications and documents do you provide?+
Protanica produces under GMP and HACCP standards independently certified by SGS, sources from GAP-certified farms, and operates a facility registered with the Thai and U.S. FDA. We are also the first and only cricket-protein manufacturer in Thailand certified GMP by the Department of Livestock Development. We supply certificates of analysis, health certificates, and the food-safety documentation needed for export clearance.
